Fast Dots – Tournament Disclosures 

The following disclosures are made to ensure clarity regarding the nature of the contests:

1. Skill-Based Gameplay
    
   • All tournaments within the Fast Dots platform are games of skill.
      
   • The outcome of each contest is determined entirely by the skill, strategy, and performance of the participants.
      
   • No element of random chance or luck determines the result.
      

1. Guaranteed Prizes
    
   • Each tournament has a fixed prize structure established in advance.
      
   • Prizes do not depend on the number of entrants or the size of any entry pool.
      
   • Contestants are informed of the specific prize amount before participating.
      

1. Entry Fees
    
   • A variable entry fee in tokens may apply depending on the tournament selected.
      
   • Entry fees do not influence the amount of the prize, which remains pre-set.
      

1. No Gambling or Wagering
    
   • Participants are not placing wagers or bets.
      
   • Tournament entry is not a wager but a participation fee for a skill-based competition.
      

1. Non-Participation by Operator
    
   • Fast Dots does not participate in any tournaments.
      
   • Competitions occur strictly between players.
      

This structure ensures compliance with applicable laws governing games of skill and prevents the classification of Fast Dots tournaments as gambling activities.   

Legal Notice: Not all jurisdictions treat skill-based contests the same. Participation may be subject to local laws. Tournaments are void where prohibited. It is the responsibility of each contestant to ensure compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction. 

Participation in Fast Dots’ skill-based tournaments is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering any tournament, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate under the laws of your jurisdiction.

1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to participate in paid tournaments.

2. Jurisdictional Exclusions
Due to state laws regarding contests, games of skill, and cash-redeemable tokens, residents of the following jurisdictions are not eligible to participate in paid tournaments on Fast Dots:

• Alabama
• Arkansas
• District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.)
• Hawaii
• Louisiana
• South Carolina
• South Dakota
• Utah
   

Additional restrictions may apply in the following states, where laws regarding contests of skill with entry fees are unsettled or may require special registration or licensing:

• Arizona
• Colorado
• Florida
• Maryland
• Nebraska 
• New Jersey
• North Dakota
• Tennessee
• Vermont
   

Fast Dots reserves the right to restrict access to paid tournaments in other jurisdictions as legal requirements evolve.

3. Free Play
Free practice tournaments (non-cash, non-redeemable token play) are available in all jurisdictions and are not subject to the above restrictions.

4. “Void Where Prohibited”
Participation in Fast Dots’ paid tournaments is void where prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure compliance with their local laws before participating.

• a history of allowing skill-based competitions with entry fees and prizes, or
• clear statutory/case law recognition of skill contests not being “gambling.”  (You are obligated to check you jurisdiction since laws, rules and regulations are constanly changing.)
