FAST DOTS, LLC
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
Effective Date: August 8, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Fast Dots, LLC mobile application ("App"), including practice play, skill-based tournaments, and related services and content (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you ("User") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for, the App or the Services.
· Age and eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to purchase tokens or participate in any paid-entry contest.
· Skill contests: Paid-entry contests offered in the App are intended to be contests of skill. Outcomes are determined by players' decisions and performance under identical rules.
· Void where prohibited: Not all jurisdictions treat skill-based contests the same. Paid-entry contests are void where prohibited and are not offered in Restricted Jurisdictions (defined below).
· Location verification: The App may use device and network signals (including GPS) to verify eligibility and location for paid-entry play. Use of VPNs, location spoofing, or similar tools may result in suspension, disqualification, or forfeiture.
· Purchases: All in-app purchases of tokens are final and non-refundable except where required by law or applicable platform rules.
· "Practice Play" means free play for entertainment and skill improvement with no prizes of monetary value.
· "Paid-Entry Contest" means a contest or tournament that requires tokens (or other consideration) to enter and offers a prize or reward of value.
· "Two-Player Match" means a head-to-head Fast Dots contest between two players using the standard Dots-and-Boxes rules described in Schedule 2(A).
· "Ten-Player Mini Tournament" means a Fast Dots contest with up to ten players using the modified rules described in Schedule 2(B), where each player draws one line per turn and capturing a box results in elimination and an award as disclosed in-app.
· "Entry Fee" means the token amount required to participate in a Paid-Entry Contest, displayed in-app before you enter.
· "Entry Fee Refund" means the return of a winner's own Entry Fee (or a stated portion of it) when a contest offers such a refund. Any Entry Fee Refund is disclosed in the contest description and is separate from the Fixed Prize.
· "Tokens" (also referred to as coins) means in-app digital gameplay credits held in a User's wallet and used to enter Paid-Entry Contests. Tokens may be acquired by purchase ("Purchased Tokens") or by winning contests ("Prize Tokens"). Purchased Tokens are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Prize Tokens (also referred to as "Prize Credits") may be eligible for cash redemption or withdrawal in permitted jurisdictions, subject to verification and the withdrawal rules in Section 6.
· "Prize Credits" (also referred to as Prize Tokens) means the portion of a User's token balance earned through winning Paid-Entry Contests and credited as a prize. Prize Credits may be eligible for cash redemption or withdrawal by an eligible User located in a permitted jurisdiction, subject to identity and location verification, fraud checks, and the withdrawal rules in Section 6.
· "Restricted Jurisdictions" means any state, territory, or jurisdiction in which the Company does not permit Paid-Entry Contests, as listed in the App and/or Schedule 1.
You may use Practice Play regardless of location, subject to this Agreement. Paid-Entry Contests are available only to eligible Users who are physically located in jurisdictions where such contests are permitted and enabled by the Company.
Paid-Entry Contests are not available in Restricted Jurisdictions. The current Restricted Jurisdictions list is maintained in-app and may be updated from time to time. If you attempt to enter a Paid-Entry Contest from a Restricted Jurisdiction, you will be blocked or disqualified.
· The Company may require location services to be enabled to verify eligibility for Paid-Entry Contests.
· You may not use VPNs, proxies, GPS spoofing, emulators, remote play, or any method intended to conceal or misrepresent your location.
· If the Company detects suspected location evasion, the Company may suspend your account, void a contest entry, withhold or reverse prizes, and/or require identity or location verification before allowing further withdrawals or entries.
· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
· You must immediately notify the Company if you suspect unauthorized access, compromise, or misuse of your account.
· If a minor or third party uses your account, you remain responsible for the activity and any resulting charges to the fullest extent permitted by law.
· Tokens may be purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play when available, or other authorized payment methods as made available in-app.
· Except where required by law or applicable platform rules, all token purchases are final and non-refundable.
· Third-party fees (including app store fees, payment processing fees, or withdrawal fees) may apply and may be disclosed in-app at the time of the transaction.
· If applicable, such fees may be deducted from the transaction amount or your token balance as disclosed.
If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar dispute for a token purchase, the Company may suspend or close your account and may deduct the disputed amount (and any associated fees) from your token balance or prize balance to the extent permitted by law.
Fast Dots contests are intended to be decided by skill. The App uses identical game rules for all participants in a given contest type. In Two-Player Matches, the winner is determined by score based on boxes captured. In Ten-Player Mini Tournaments, awards are determined by box captures and elimination order as described in Schedule 2.
· Each Paid-Entry Contest lists the Entry Fee and the Fixed Prize (and any Entry Fee Refund, if offered) in-app before entry.
· Unless expressly stated otherwise in-app: (a) each participant pays the stated Entry Fee to participate; (b) Fixed Prizes are established and made known to participants in advance; and (c) Fixed Prizes are not determined by the number of participants and are not calculated as a distribution of entry fees collected for that contest.
· Certain contests may also provide an Entry Fee Refund to the winner in addition to the Fixed Prize. Any such Entry Fee Refund is disclosed in the contest description before entry.
· Entry Fee timing and settlement: For operational convenience, the App may debit Entry Fees when you enter a contest or may net and settle Entry Fees and prizes after the contest ends. Regardless of timing, by entering you authorize the Company to charge the stated Entry Fee for each participant and to apply any disclosed Entry Fee Refund and Fixed Prize according to the contest rules.
· Prize funding and non-pooled structure: Fixed Prizes and Entry Fee Refunds are awarded by the Company from its general revenues and do not constitute a pooled pot between participants. The prize amounts you see are set by the Company and do not vary based on the total Entry Fees paid into a particular match or contest.
· If a contest ends in a tie, the contest may (a) end in a draw with entry returned, or (b) proceed to a sudden-death tie-break as specified in-app.
· Disconnects and technical issues may affect play. The Company may, in its reasonable discretion, void a contest or adjust outcomes only in cases of verified server-side malfunction or integrity issues. Otherwise, results recorded by the servers are final.
· Scores are recorded and verified by the Company's systems.
· The results shown in the App after a match are final unless the Company determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a technical error, fraud, or integrity issue materially affected the outcome.
· Any dispute must be raised through in-app support promptly after the match ends.
Prizes are credited as Prize Credits unless the contest description states otherwise. Unused credit ithdrawals are available only to Users who (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) have completed identity verification, and (c) are physically located in a permitted jurisdiction at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawals are made via ACH transfer to a U.S. bank account in the User's name, or another method made available in-app. The Company may impose reasonable minimum withdrawal thresholds and may charge disclosed withdrawal processing fees.
· The Company may delay, withhold, or reverse prize credits if it reasonably suspects cheating, collusion, fraud, payment disputes, or violations of this Agreement.
· The Company may require documentation to verify identity, age, and/or location before allowing withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with prizes or withdrawals. The Company may issue tax forms or require tax information where required by law.
· Do not use bots, scripts, macros, automation, or unauthorized software.
· Do not engage in collusion, match-fixing, multi-accounting, or any manipulation of outcomes.
· Do not attempt unauthorized access to servers, networks, or systems.
· Do not use offensive, derogatory, or disrespectful usernames. The Company may require a name change and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct. If your account is closed for cheating, fraud, payment disputes, or other material violations, the Company may void entries and forfeit tokens or prizes to the extent permitted by law. Where required by law, the Company will return unused purchased tokens.
· The App may be offered in beta or pre-release form. Features may change and errors may occur.
· You assume the risks of using the App, including risks of connectivity issues that can cause time-outs, missed turns, or losses.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to the Company for tokens in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of applicable laws.
All content, graphics, logos, software, and features of the App are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted in writing by the Company.
The Company's collection and use of personal information is described in the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. The Company does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and does not make your personal information publicly accessible except as described in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except for individual claims that qualify for small claims court, you and the Company agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and will be conducted in English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and the Company each waive any right to a jury trial.
· Class action waiver: You and the Company agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
· Severability of arbitration terms: If any portion of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
· Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
· Entire Agreement: This Agreement (including schedules incorporated by reference) constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersedes prior agreements.
⚠️ Reminder: All Fast Dots tournaments are based on skill, not chance. Gameplay outcomes depend solely on the decisions made by players during their turns. See Compliance and regulatory section.
Paid-Entry Contests are not available in the Restricted Jurisdictions listed below. This list may be updated in-app. If there is any conflict between this Schedule and the in-app restrictions, the in-app restrictions control.

A. Two-Player Matches (Head-to-Head)
The goal of Fast Dots is to outscore your opponent by strategically connecting dots on the game board. Players compete in skill-based rounds where the winner is determined strictly by gameplay performance, not chance.
· The game board is filled with dots arranged in a grid.
· On your turn, you draw a line between two adjacent dots (horizontally or vertically).
· When you complete the fourth side of a box, you capture that box and earn points.
· Each captured box adds to your score, and you immediately take another turn.
· The game continues until all boxes on the board are claimed.
· 1 point is awarded for each completed box.
· If a player completes multiple boxes in one move, they earn all of those points.
· The player with the highest score at the end of the match is the winner.
· Practice Play: Free mode for learning and improving skill; no prizes are awarded.
· Mini Tournaments: Paid-entry games using tokens. Each room or contest has a fixed token entry fee. Higher-skill rooms require more tokens but award larger prizes.
· Head-to-Head Matches: Two players compete. Each player pays the Entry Fee. The winner receives the Fixed Prize disclosed in advance in the tournament description and may also receive an Entry Fee Refund if the contest offers one. Fixed Prizes are not determined by the number of entrants and are not calculated as a distribution of entry fees.
· Timed Events (if offered): Some rooms may use time limits; the player with the higher score when time expires wins.
· The player with the most points at the end of the game is declared the winner.
· In case of a tie, the game may end in a draw (tokens returned), or use a sudden-death format where the next captured box determines the winner, depending on the in-app tournament rules.
· Only moves made within the app count.
· Players may not use outside tools, scripts, or methods to automate play.
· Disconnects or technical issues are the responsibility of the player's device/connection; results will stand as recorded by the game servers subject to Section 5.3.
· Scores are automatically recorded and verified by Fast Dots.
· The results shown in the app after a match are final, subject to integrity review for fraud or server error.
· Any disputes must be raised within the app's support system immediately after the game ends.
Reminder: Fast Dots tournaments are based on skill, not chance. Gameplay outcomes depend solely on the decisions made by players during their turns.
B. Ten-Player Fast Dots Mini Tournament
Overview
The Ten-Player Fast Dots Mini Tournament is a quick turn-around, skill-based contest. It is a spin-off of the classic Dots-and-Boxes game with modified rules designed for multi-player competition.
Setup
The contest begins with a dot-grid board (for example, 5 dots by 5 dots, or another grid size as displayed in-app) and up to ten (10) players. Each player is assigned a unique player number for that contest.
Turn Structure
Players take turns drawing exactly one (1) line per turn between two adjacent dots (horizontally or vertically). Unlike the standard two-player format, a player does not receive an additional turn after completing a box in the Ten-Player Mini Tournament.
Capturing a Box and Elimination
If a player draws a line that completes a box, that box is marked with the player’s assigned number. The player who completes a box is treated as a winner for purposes of that contest stage and is eliminated from further turns for that contest. Eliminated players do not take additional turns in that contest.
Awards (Fixed Prize Shares) and Entry Fee Refund
For each box captured in the Ten-Player Mini Tournament, the capturing player receives a fixed prize share (for example, 10% of the contest’s stated Fixed Prize) as displayed in the contest description before entry. In addition, the capturing player may receive an Entry Fee Refund (bonus refund of the player’s own Entry Fee) as disclosed in-app. Prize shares and any Entry Fee Refunds are awarded by the Company in accordance with Section 5.2 and do not constitute a pooled pot between participants.
End of Contest; Last Remaining Player
As players capture boxes and are eliminated, the number of active players decreases. The last remaining active player is designated the losing player for that contest and does not receive a prize share and does not receive an Entry Fee Refund for that contest. The contest then ends.
Fair Play, Results, and Disputes
All fair play, integrity, results, and dispute provisions in Sections 5.3–5.4 and 7 apply to Ten-Player Mini Tournaments. Results recorded by the Company’s systems are final subject to integrity review for fraud or verified server error.
This Schedule summarizes, for payments and compliance partners, how Fast Dots contests operate and the controls used to support skill-based competition integrity and jurisdictional compliance. This Schedule is informational and does not create additional user rights beyond this Agreement.
Fast Dots offers (i) Two-Player Matches using the standard Dots-and-Boxes rule set and (ii) Ten-Player Mini Tournaments using a modified multi-player rule set. In Two-Player Matches, players may earn additional turns by completing a box. In Ten-Player Mini Tournaments, each player draws one line per turn and completing a box results in elimination and an award as disclosed in-app.
Outcomes depend on player decisions, planning, and execution under identical rules for the selected contest type. The contest design does not rely on random number generation or chance elements to determine winners or award eligibility. If any cosmetic or non-competitive randomness exists (such as visual themes), it does not affect legal moves, scoring, elimination, or awards.
Paid-Entry Contests require Tokens to enter. Each contest displays the Entry Fee and the Fixed Prize (and any Entry Fee Refund, if offered) before entry. Each participant pays the stated Entry Fee. In Two-Player Matches, the winner receives the Fixed Prize and may also receive an Entry Fee Refund as disclosed. In Ten-Player Mini Tournaments, players who capture a box receive a fixed prize share (for example, 10% of the stated Fixed Prize) and may receive an Entry Fee Refund as disclosed; the last remaining player receives no prize share and no Entry Fee Refund. Fixed Prizes are not determined by the number of entrants and are not calculated as a distribution of entry fees.
Example (Two-Player, 1-token room): If a contest shows an Entry Fee of 1 token and a Fixed Prize of 1 prize token, and also offers an Entry Fee Refund to the winner, then after settlement the winner may have a net increase of 1 token and the loser a net decrease of 1 token. This is an accounting presentation of (i) both participants paying the Entry Fee, (ii) the winner receiving an Entry Fee Refund, and (iii) the winner receiving the Fixed Prize set by the Company.
Example (Ten-Player): If a Ten-Player Mini Tournament displays an Entry Fee of 1 token per participant, a Fixed Prize of 10 prize tokens, and a prize share of 10% per captured box with an Entry Fee Refund for each capturing player, then each player who captures a box receives 1 prize token (10% of 10) and the Entry Fee Refund as disclosed, and the last remaining player receives no prize token and no Entry Fee Refund. All amounts are disclosed before entry and awarded by the Company.
Scores and outcomes are recorded and verified by Company systems. The Company maintains contest logs and may review integrity signals when investigating disputes, suspected cheating, collusion, or payment fraud.
The Company prohibits bots, automation, scripts, macros, and unauthorized software; prohibits collusion, match-fixing, and multi-accounting; and may suspend accounts, void entries, and reverse prizes when integrity rules are violated. The Company may apply device, account, and behavioral checks to detect abnormal play or coordinated conduct.
Paid-Entry Contests and withdrawals are available only to Users who are at least 18 years old and physically located in permitted jurisdictions. Location is verified using device and network signals (including GPS where available). VPN/proxy use and location spoofing are prohibited and may result in suspension, voided entries, and withheld or reversed prizes. Restricted Jurisdictions are listed in Schedule 1 and enforced in-app.
Before permitting withdrawal of Prize Credits, the Company may require identity and age verification and may require documentation to confirm location eligibility. The Company may delay, withhold, or reverse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
If a User initiates a chargeback or payment reversal related to token purchases, the Company may suspend or close the account and may offset the disputed amounts against token balances or prize balances to the extent permitted by law.
Users may report issues through in-app support promptly after a match ends. Results shown in-app are final unless the Company determines that verified server-side malfunction, fraud, or integrity issues materially affected the outcome.
